Prices are net to OK-TOURS a.s.
All dates mentioned in the price list are meant to be inclusive last night.
Prices are valid for individuals and groups. A group will be understood to be minimum 15 paying persons, if not stated otherwise. Gratuity on request.
Prices are not valid for congresses and incentives.
Special offers cannot be combined if not stated otherwise.
Refunds: Refunds against insufficient services rendered by OK-Tours must be claimed immediately by the client in person at OK-Tours office in Prague or through the foreign travel agency which has arranged the services with OK-Tours, in writing and within one month from the day on which the event occurred. Assessment and settlement of claims will be carried out according to Czech law. OK-Tours disclaims responsibility for all damages arising from "force majeure" that prevent it from meeting its commitments.
Cancellation conditions for GRPS (if not agreed otherwise)
- 30 days prior to arrival free of charge
- 29-15 days prior to arrival 30% of accommodation
- 14-7 days prior to arrival 50% of accommodation
- 6 days and no-show 100% of accommodation and all real expenses
Cancellation conditions for FITs:
- 7 days prior to arrival free of charge
- 6-3 days prior to arrival 50% of total price
- 2 days or no-show 100% of total price
