Terms & Conditions for F.I.T.

Payments

Full advance payment to OK-TOURS a.s. for all services is required 7 days prior to arrival. If payment is not received on time, OK-TOURS a.s. is not obliged to provide any of the ordered services.

Payment should be made by certified cheque or by bank transfer. OK-TOURS a.s. also accepts major brand credit cards (VISA, American Express, Eurocard-Mastercard, JCB, Diners Club, Maestro).

Refunds

Refunds for unsatisfactory services provided by OK-TOURS a.s. must be claimed immediately by the customer personally at OK-TOURS a.s., Prague, or via the foreign travel agency that arranged the services with OK-TOURS a.s., in writing and within one month from the day on which the event occurred. Assessment and settlement of claims will be carried out according to Czech law. OK-TOURS a.s. disclaims responsibility for all damages arising from "force majeure" that could prevent it from meeting its commitments.

Cancellation conditions

7 days prior to arrival free of charge
6-3 days prior to arrival 50% of total price
less than 2 days or no-show 100% of total price

Prices

All prices are quoted net to OK-TOURS a.s. Value Added Tax (VAT) and local taxes are included whenever we state the price of the service.
