Harrachov
A famous summer and winter tourist centre in the western part of the Giant Mountains. Its ski jumps are well known - the giant jump with a critical point of 189 m is the 6th biggest in the world. In 1983 and 1992 the World Championships in sky-flying were held there. Harrachov provides 10 ski lifts, 1 seat-lift and about 80 km of trails for cross-country skiing. Harrachov town is also well-known for crystal glass production.
